What you will be doing B2B & Fleet Marketing Excellence Design and implement a segment-led marketing strategy for Fleet customers, including precise route-to-market (RTM) models for each segment/sub-segment. Translate customer and market insights into strategic and tactical marketing campaigns to accelerate acquisition and retention. Identify and execute monetization opportunities, competitive positioning strategies, and differentiated communications to strengthen market leadership. CVP Development – Shell Fleet Solutions Lead the creation and enhancement of innovative CVP for the Shell Fleet Solutions platform, ensuring long-term differentiation. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to define product roadmaps, oversee platform enhancements, and optimize the end-to-end customer experience. Project Management – Site System Launches (≈30% of Role) Plan, coordinate, and lead the rollout of new site systems at Shell Fuel Stations across India. Drive project governance, execution timelines, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful and scalable implementations. Position Description Spearhead high-value B2B fleet growth initiatives, defining target markets and winning strategies to outpace competitors. Transform market intelligence into actionable plans that maximize ROI and accelerate business expansion. Drive powerful demand generation and lead acquisition by leveraging competitor insights and data-driven outreach. Own the full customer lifecycle, eliminating friction points and engineering loyalty through continuous improvement. Orchestrate flawless, large-scale rollouts of new site systems via decisive, cross-functional leadership. Deploy segment-specific RTM strategies and equip sales teams for execution excellence. Launch and optimize adoption programs to onboard, engage, and retain high-value customers. Architect data-driven lead nurturing with digital, email, and performance marketing teams. Forge critical partnerships and act as the primary interface between local and global business units. Capture new mobility revenue streams beyond fuel, expanding Shell’s market footprint. Command impactful product launches, delivering compelling collateral and strategic messaging. Drive cost optimization through disciplined contract management and expense control. Champion process simplification to unlock speed, efficiency, and high-performance culture. What you bring Minimum of 5 years of progressive professional experience, including essential on-ground roles as a Territory Manager or B2B sales engagement. Should have executed Local Area Marketing at scale. Mobility Operations Expertise: Well-versed in end-to-end management of mobility site operations. Commercial & Strategic Acumen: Proven track record of delivering integrated value creation, exceptional execution, and measurable business results. Go-to-Market Execution: Hands-on experience in one or more of the following — new product launches, market positioning, demand generation, or route-to-market strategies (preferred). Relationship & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to build and influence relationships across all organizational levels and functions. Team player - We before me.
