Main Responsibilities Develop the sector’s marketing strategy, including positioning, value propositions, and GTM plans. Build audience segmentation and messaging frameworks tailored to sports & entertainment decision makers. Align closely with Sales and Product to define priorities, account strategies, and revenue goals. Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, paid, social, ABM, events) from concept to reporting. Own CRM and automation workflows, lead scoring, and campaign performance optimization. Produce high-quality content—case studies, thought leadership, presentations, one-pagers, and industry insights. Monitor trends in sports tech, sponsorship, fan engagement, media, and commercial rights. Convert insights into new marketing angles, product positioning updates, and campaign ideas. Own b2b marketing budget with a focus on efficiency and ROI. Report on pipeline impact, campaign performance, and key KPIs. Requirements 7–12+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in sports, entertainment, media, or technology. Proven ability to set strategy and personally execute tactical work. Strong communicator and storyteller with excellent writing skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, partnership-driven environment.
