Our marketing department is developing quickly. We are actively building our team, refining our strategies, and adopting several new marketing tools. Currently, we are implementing HubSpot as our central marketing platform and developing a brand-new website to strengthen our online presence and to better reach our audience. We are looking for a passionate and creative marketer who wants to be part of this journey.

Responsibilities

As a B2B Marketing Specialist you are responsible for successfully developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive awareness and interest in our company’s services. This position plays a crucial role in delivering qualified opportunities and enhance a marketing and sales pipeline.
In this role, you will work closely together with the rest of the marketing team (currently consisting of 5 people), sales reps and colleagues from the different global business units. You will report to the Marketing Manager at our headquarters in the Netherlands.

In more detail, you are responsible for:

  • Market and customer research: investigate markets and customers to provide insights and input for marketing strategy development. Verification of marketing information and data to enhance messaging and targeting;
  • Campaign strategy and execution: prepare, execute, and optimize demand generation marketing campaigns, including content marketing, social media, webinars and promoted media, focusing on generating high-quality opportunities;
  • Analytics and reporting: monitor and analyse campaign performance using key metrics such as opportunities, conversion rates, cost per lead and revenue per lead. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement;
  • Collaboration: work closely with the different global business unit and country and sales teams to align marketing activities with business plannings;
  • Other marketing activities like writing and publishing content. Provide input and schedule on- and offline activities. Contribute to offline marketing materials and events.
