Description

We are seeking a driven, experienced B2B Medical Sales Representative to grow our Durable Medical Equipment (DME) business, with a specific focus on Orthopedic and Respiratory product lines. The ideal candidate has a proven record of consultative, high-level sales and has built strong referral networks with physician offices, orthopedic practices, and pulmonary clinics
This role offers a competitive base salary, vehicle allowance, and uncapped commission for those ready to earn and grow within a fast-paced healthcare sales environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of successful B2B medical sales experience, preferably in DME, pharma, or medical device.
  • Strong preference for experience calling on physician offices, particularly in orthopedics and respiratory/pulmonology.
  • Demonstrated ability to hit or exceed quotas through strategic territory management.
  • Familiarity with insurance documentation requirements for DME products.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell orthopedic bracing, respiratory products (CPAP, oxygen, nebulizers), compression garments, surgical incontinence products and other DME solutions to physicians, medical clinics, and healthcare providers and facilities.
  • Build strong relationships and serve as a trusted consultant to orthopedic surgeons, primary care physicians, pulmonologists, case managers and clinical staff.
  • Manage a defined territory and execute a targeted outreach strategy to increase referrals and new business.
  • Provide product education, assist with documentation needs, and ensure smooth onboarding of new referral sources.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and report regularly on sales activity and pipeline.
  • Monitor industry trends, reimbursement updates (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance), and adjust strategy accordingly.
