JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to negotiate effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 years of B2B or industrial sales experience.
• Experience in cabinetry (kitchen, bath, closets) or related industries
• Generate leads and secure new customer accounts.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven track record in B2B sales and customer service
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
• Experience in business development and marketing
• Identify and engage with target customer profiles, aiming to achieve a minimum of $1.5 million in annual revenue
• Generate and analyze sales and prospect reports
• Document all customer interactions (calls, emails)
• Develop quarterly sales plans
• Base Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 (depending on industry experience).
• Commission: 3% on new account sales, with a minimum sales target of $1.5 million in annual revenue.
• Commission is paid quarterly based on orders paid in full.
