We’re hiring for a B2B Paid Media and SEO Manager to run campaigns using , LinkedIn, Meta and Google Ads. This, in addition to managing client SEO strategy and delivery. You will have experience in B2B, and be passionate about driving advertising and SEO strategy forward within the agency. Within this role, you will have unrivalled potential for progression and the prospect of building a team around you

SKILLS

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing B2B SEO, Google Ads, paid social and analytics.
  • Demonstrable experience managing global campaigns
  • Ability to analyse data and trends
  • Good working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Ability to create insightful reports demonstrating campaign success, ROI and learnings
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities
  • Developing client advertising plans and strategy
  • Hands-on management of B2B LinkedIn and Meta campaigns
  • Hands-on management of client Google Ads campaigns
  • Keyword research and building ads planner for Google Ads campaigns
  • Delivering client SEO strategy including audits, keywords research and content optimisation.
  • Ability to understand complex B2B technology businesses and create compelling ad copy
  • Working with internal teams to understand client goals and KPIs
  • Forecasting, planning, creating, and managing ads across multiple platforms
  • Creating new account structures in line with best practice
  • Closely managing budgets and hitting KPI targets
  • Briefing visual ad creative to designers
  • Keyword research for Google Ads campaigns
  • Ongoing analysis and optimisation of campaigns
  • Keeping on top of latest platform changes and best practices
  • Sharing knowledge with the team
  • Monthly reporting to include providing insights
