We’re hiring a Podcast Producer to support and scale our B2B podcast production workflows. This role can start as a back-end production role or, for the right person, evolve into a client-facing producer who owns episodes end-to-end and works directly with clients. You’ll be working alongside producers, editors, designers, and strategists to ship high-quality podcast episodes and social content—fast. What You’ll Do Depending on level and track, responsibilities may include: Podcast Production Edit audio using Descript (required) Clean, structure, and finalize podcast episodes for publication Turn long-form podcast episodes into short-form social video clips Maintain consistent production quality across episodes Social & Content Production Create short-form video clips for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social channels Write clear, engaging social post copy based on podcast content Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce supporting assets Workflow & AI Enablement Leverage AI tools to speed up editing, clipping, writing, and QA Follow and improve repeatable production workflows Hit fast turnaround times without sacrificing quality

Responsibilities
