Job Description Help global IP law firms’ growing - B2B SaaS Sales Development Manager (m/f/d) Hybrid - Munich is looking for a hunter-minded SaaS sales professional who enjoys building pipeline, opening conversations with senior decision-makers, and closing new business globally. Our platform helps international IP law firms make better strategic decisions using large-scale patent and trademark data. If you enjoy research-driven outreach, consultative demos, and complex conversations with industry experts, this role gives you full ownership of the sales cycle. Your Role You will own the full SaaS sales cycle, depending on your experience, from first outreach to closing. Build pipeline through outbound prospecting and research Convert marketing inbound leads into demos Run discovery calls and product demos Guide prospects through evaluation and trial phases Manage your pipeline in HubSpot Represent IP Pilot at international conferences This is a true hunter role: roughly 70% prospecting & outreach / 30% pipeline management and optimization. What We're Looking For 2–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales Experience managing the full sales cycle in a SaaS environment Strong outbound and prospecting mindset, with a strong understanding of communication Confidence speaking with senior industry experts Ability to research prospects and run empathetic, proactive conversations Experience using CRM tools A “there is always a solution”-mindset Fluent English (C2) BIG PLUS: C2 language level in Spanish, Korean, or Japanese. Responsibilities
