The Account Executive will support and gradually take ownership to maintain existing client relationships and drive revenue growth through strategic account development. Strong communication and professional rapport is key! This role is designed as your entry-point into high-level partnership sales. This is a full-time on-site role based in our Tempe, AZ office. 5-10% travel annually is required. All candidates must complete the Aptive Talent Assessment to be considered for this role. Requirements Who You Are for the Team - Account Executive You have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, client relationships or inside sales. Preferred experience as an Account Executive for B2B wholesale clients or in apparel related sales. Basic sales knowledge through work experience, education, training or certifications. You’re an effective communicator (written & verbal) with organizational and presentation skills that will help contribute to the overall success of this role. Proven experience hitting monthly quality, performance, and/or sales metrics consistently. Including implementing feedback and making changes as directed. Highly organized with attention to detail in how you manage your time and handle accounts. Strong ability to build rapport. Listen, ask effective questions, share Sportiqe’s compelling story, and provide ROI to build growing partnerships with our clients. Resilient and Positive. You can take several no’s to get to a yes, stay composed in the face of conflict, and handle hiccups with ease creating comfort for our clients. CRM experience, and tech/software savvy. Proficient in Google Suite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales and organizational tools. Zoho experience a plus! You have the ability to travel about 5-10% for your assigned accounts. Preferred experience and understanding with apparel and screen print design sales and business development. How You Will Contribute - Account Executive This is an outbound (email, phone, virtual), proactive outreach, consultative sales environment. You are confident in taking action and are self motivated. Passion for delivering value to customers consistently. Uncover customer needs and present the proper solution by demonstrating knowledge of Sportiqe’s products and value propositions. Skillfully negotiate and close deals with customers, while setting the correct expectations for the next steps and fulfillment. Organize and maintain fall bookings, spring bookings, hot market, and facilitate other quick turn needs throughout the season. Care for accounts; giving them speedy and attentive customer service, collaborating with Sales Support, and other internal teams through proactive communication and follow-through to create and deliver white-glove customer experience. Work closely with Sales Leaders on specific house accounts. Continue to adapt and grow in this role; be willing to learn and improve. Analyze data to track key account performance, identify trends, and develop actionable insights for strategic decision-making while adhering to deadlines.
