Sterling ATM, Inc. is a Utah based design and manufacturing company that works with financial institutions nationwide. To support our recent expansion, we are looking for an exceptional individual to position as a Sales Account Executive. We are looking for local candidates as this is an in person role. Responsibilities and duties are as follows:

  • Generate revenue through new accounts and growing existing clients
  • Maintain and utilize product knowledge and effective selling skills to target prospective clients
  • Primary contact for communication between client/prospect and rest of the company
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests
  • Maintain and retain existing clients by building long-term relationships
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction that meets company standards
  • Work closely with Project Managers and other departments to ensure customers needs are continuously being met

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
  • Two to five years sales experience in a business-to-business environment
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to establish rapport and build credibility quickly
  • High energy, must be driven to consistently be at the top
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have exceptional time-management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain accuracy
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
  • Ability to communicate clearly across departments
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Suite
