JOB SUMMARY
Plus Communications Inc. is seeking a highly driven B2B Sales & Business Development Executive to lead growth in our Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment. This is a high-impact role responsible for building a B2B sales team, driving new business development, and selling a full suite of wireless and connectivity solutions—including mobile plans, devices, business Internet, and IoT products.
You’ll be instrumental in expanding our footprint across Ontario by identifying prospects, building long-term relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet evolving SMB needs.

Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of B2B sales professionals.
Identify and engage with small and mid-sized businesses across Ontario through outbound calls, networking, field visits, and referrals.
Sell our complete range of business services, including wireless plans, Internet, mobile devices, warranties, IoT, security add-ons, and mobile device management (MDM).
Assess client business needs, pain points, and budget constraints to recommend suitable products and packages.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers such as business owners, IT leads, and operations managers, ensuring exceptional service and ongoing support.
Prepare proposals and quotes, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close sales in alignment with company policies.
Oversee a defined territory within Ontario, with regular in-person meetings and attendance at local business events.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline updates in our CRM system.
Work closely with internal teams including technical support, provisioning, and customer service to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
