Description
This is a remote position. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Ontario, Canada Time) Break: 1-hour unpaid daily Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours Responsibilities Conduct outbound sales outreach, primarily via email, targeting manufacturing companies Make 20–30 targeted business calls per day to potential freight clients Generate leads and identify manufacturing companies in need of freight services Build and nurture long-term business relationships with prospects Book qualified appointments for the business owner to present pricing and service offerings Follow up with prospects through multiple touchpoints to develop relationships Assist with onboarding new clients once deals are closed Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure retention Scope Remote work arrangement with access to company CRM, dialer, and lead lists Focus on North American manufacturing companies seeking freight services Emphasis on long-term relationship building rather than high-volume transactional sales Performance-based role with potential for commission/incentive structure Opportunity to grow with an expanding freight brokerage business Requirements Experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or freight Strong communication skills and professional phone presence Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term business relationships Understanding of B2B sales cycles and decision-making processes Experience with email outreach and lead generation Familiarity with CRM systems and sales dialers Professional demeanor suitable for manufacturing industry clients Self-motivated and able to work independently Independent Contractor Perks HMO coverage (available in eligible locations) Permanent work-from-home setup Immediate hiring Incentives ZR_29237_JOB
