Summary: The Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and operational efficiency within the organization. Responsible for achieving sales targets, managing working capital, and strengthening key customer relationships, this role ensures seamless execution of sales processes across the distribution network. The ideal candidate will be accountable for optimizing channel performance, managing key accounts, and maintaining accurate documentation to support reporting and compliance. This position is critical in enhancing profitability, improving cash flow, and expanding market presence through strategic account and channel management. Responsibilities: Achieve assigned business sales volumes in alignment with annual targets and business plans. Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure timely payment collection and improve working capital efficiency. Monitor and control inventory levels and discount structures to maximize contribution margin and profitability. Ensure prompt submission of all billing and supporting documents for accurate and timely payment processing. Enhance the B2B capabilities of wholesale dealers through training, support, and performance monitoring. Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. Drive incremental business growth from key accounts through strategic planning and relationship management. Strengthen key account relationships by delivering tailored solutions and driving long-term value. Improve customer engagement and expand the enquiry base through proactive communication and service delivery. Maintain systematic and accurate documentation of all customer interactions, contracts, and reports for audit and compliance purposes. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in any discipline or Graduate in any discipline (Essential). Preferred: BE in any discipline. Proven experience in sales, channel management, or business development within a B2B environment. Strong understanding of working capital and payment cycle management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in documentation, reporting, and CRM tools. Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
