This is a remote position. Schedule: 20 hours per week, 4 hours daily; 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM ; 5 days per week Client Timezone: Pacific Time (California) Responsibilities: Conduct email marketing campaigns and lead generation activities Manage and update CRM system with accurate lead information and interaction history Perform telemarketing and cold calling to prospective business clients Write compelling proposals for potential clients Book qualified appointments for the sales closing team Execute follow-up calls and email sequences to nurture leads Qualify leads through multiple touchpoints and conversations Navigate past gatekeepers to reach decision makers Handle objections and pushbacks with professionalism and persistence Fill the sales team's calendar with high-quality, qualified meetings Update lead records and maintain data accuracy in the CRM system Requirements: Strong communication skills with confident phone presence Proven experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, or telemarketing is required Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate data Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence in outreach efforts Background in business-to-business sales or lead generation Comfortable with both email and telephone-based outreach methods Money-driven mindset with focus on exceeding targets and earning commissions Experience in qualifying leads and managing sales pipelines Scope: Handle combination of cold and warm leads provided by the company Utilize both email and phone outreach methods Work with existing CRM system and provided scripts Use company-provided dialer system for phone calls Focus on appointment booking rather than closing sales Commission structure in addition to base compensation Multiple touchpoints required per lead to move them through the pipeline Independent Contractor Perks Permanent work-from-home Immediate hiring ZR_29504_JOB Benefits incentives
