Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closing.
  • Meet with clients face-to-face in our showroom to guide them through our solutions
  • Make on-site visits to clients such as architects, contractors, developers, and other commercial stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming and outbound sales leads via HubSpot CRM.
  • Prepare and present tailored commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal project managers and estimators to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the US market (preferably in construction, design, interior solutions, or glass systems).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in in-person sales and working directly with clients.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
