JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This is a door-to-door sales role where you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing key client relationships within the B2B sector. You will possess strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with a proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of proven success in B2B sales, business development, or account management roles.
  • Experience in the commercial and/or franchise real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and methodologies, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
