QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (design, real estate, or luxury markets preferred)
  • Existing network in the design/architecture community is a strong plus
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with proactive client outreach and lead generation
  • Proven track record of closing deals and achieving quotas
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and developers
  • Present and pitch Gala’s luxury product lines for large-scale projects
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, outreach, and networking
  • Support marketing initiatives, including industry events, trade shows, and targeted campaigns
  • Prepare proposals, track sales pipeline, and close high-value deals
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
