Description

Job Purpose:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with our active customers that maximise revenue, and return on investment. Provide exceptional customer service that creates trust and loyalty in our brand.

Have an excellent understanding of the company and products so that you can upsell and cross-sell to customers and increase their average order value and profits for the business.

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with the company’s active B2B customer pool, including some VIP accounts, in order to increase profits and achieve long-term partnerships.
  • Maximise opportunities to upsell and cross-sell and help our wholesale accounts grow.
  • Manage all aspects of the customers’ experience, including following up on new business leads generated from marketing and PR activities, where required, to managing and developing relationships in order to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Assist in any marketing activities in relation to B2B when required (including newsletters, tradeshows and other PR and event activities).
  • Assist with tracking year-on-year performance, ensuring that accounts continue to grow and remain profitable for the business.
  • Help support the business by finding and obtaining new business opportunities, allowing us to stay ahead of our competitors.
  • Proactively manage the relationship with assigned B2B customers ensuring that they are happy with the service and quality, and to help resolve any issues effectively and in a timely manner by liaising with relevant stakeholders.
  • Attend and represent the company at trade shows as well as other external meetings and events when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,428.00-£28,984.00 per year
