B2B Sales Executive
A leading UK-based manufacturer of LED scrolling signs, LED video walls, and mobile LED trailers is now looking to expand its sales team by hiring a part time B2B Sales Executive. We offer a basic salary for meeting the basic sales tier and very attractive, tiered bonus system for reaching higher sales levels, with unlimited earnings potential for top performers.
This is a part-time position offered on a probationary basis. Depending on performance and business needs, there may be an opportunity to progress to a full-time role after successful completion of the probation period
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals to meet ambitious growth targets.
This role is ideal for someone with a hunter mindset – energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about achieving sales goals in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and maximize opportunities for sales acquisition and growth in the LED display solutions market.
  • Hunt new B2B business opportunities and self-generate a sales pipeline.
  • Make outbound calls, emails, and social media contacts to generate leads and schedule sales conversations.
  • Turn new prospects into long-term clients, consistently achieving monthly client acquisition and sales targets.
  • Understand the specific needs, pain points, and buying processes of target industries (e.g., retail, event companies, advertising agencies, transport).
  • Provide tailored solutions and proposals that fit the client’s budget and project scope.
  • Close sales and manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle – from initial contact to signed contracts.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities.
  • Use account management strategies to grow existing client spend and secure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts.

Profile We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technical or solution-based sales (LED displays, signage, AV solutions, or related industries is a plus).
  • Strong lead generation and cold calling skills – comfortable picking up the phone and making things happen.
  • Target-driven, ambitious, and motivated to exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to build rapport and trust quickly with clients.
  • Confident handling negotiations and closing deals.
  • Strong CRM and data management skills (familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • A self-starter who can manage time efficiently and work independently.
  • Quick learner, adaptable, and eager to understand the technical aspects of our product line.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 per week
