We’re a fast-growing digital marketing agency that helps nonprofits, micro-businesses, and small businesses scale with expert SEO, social media marketing (SMM), web development and full-stack marketing solutions. Our approach is ethical, impact-driven, and results-focused.
We’re expanding our team and looking for a B2B Sales Executive who can generate new clients and build long-term relationships—while earning stacked commissions that compound over time.
✅ A go-getter who enjoys reaching out, networking, and selling savvy – you understand digital marketing and can confidently discuss our services
✅ Someone with their own leads and the ability to generate new business and a good network of business contracts
✅ Proven ability to confidently speak with a decision-makers and close 3 to 12-month contracts
✅ Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely

Responsibilities

WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT: THE STACKING PAY STRUCTURE

Most sales jobs pay once per deal—we pay up to SIX times for every client you close.
✅ Earn a percentage of the client’s monthly payments for up to 6 months

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

✔ Identify & close new business opportunities (B2B sales).
✔ Build & maintain strong client relationships for future upsells.
✔ Follow up with leads consistently to maximize conversion.
✔ Track all activity in our CRM (so no lead gets left behind).
✔ Hit a minimum of 2 new clients per month to maintain stacking commissions.
