JOB TITLE: B2B SALES REPRESENTATIVE – HOTEL INDUSTRY

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team in the hotel industry. This individual will be responsible for generating business opportunities and building long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other B2B partners to drive bookings, partnerships, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the hotel sector, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the hotel, travel, or events industry.
  • Strong network of existing contacts within corporate sectors, travel agencies, and event organizers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and a passion for sales.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and current market trends.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers to increase bookings and hotel partnerships.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts, travel managers, and other stakeholders to ensure long-term business.
  • Negotiation & Sales: Lead negotiations for corporate contracts, group bookings, and other large-scale events to ensure competitive rates and agreements are reached.
  • Market Research & Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, competitor offerings, and industry trends to enhance sales strategies.
  • Sales Presentations: Present tailored proposals and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the hotel’s offerings, facilities, and unique selling points.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive sales and revenue through upselling hotel services, packages, and event solutions to business clients.
  • Collaboration with Operations: Work closely with hotel operations teams to ensure the smooth execution of corporate agreements, group bookings, and events.
  • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, requests, and feedback efficiently and professionally.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to management, including forecasts and revenue projections.
