Description:

Airband are recruiting a Business to Business Sales Manager based out of our Tiverton office working a hybrid model.
Customer Experience is at the heart of our business here at Airband, our new B2B Sales Manager will focus on growing the Airband portfolio of business Customers across our regions. We are seeking an experienced Business Sales Manager with a strong background in sales management & leadership to drive and enhance our sales strategy.

Responsibilities:

THIS ROLE IS OFFERED ON A PERMANENT BASIS, SALARY £40,000 - £50,000 DOE + CAR ALLOWANCE + COMMISSION + BENEFITS PACKAGE.

Airband is an internet service provider bringing highspeed broadband to rural communities from North Wales down to Devon and Somerset in the Southwest. Having built the network our strategic focus is to increase our customer connections, and we are looking for a talented individual to support us to deliver an excellent customer experience as we continue to scale.

ESSENTIAL FOR THE ROLE:

  • Previous business development experience (this is a leadership role not just a BDM role!)
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Commitment to delivering a great customer experience.
  • Prepared to travel and have a driving licence.

MORE ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Identifying New Business Opportunities: Researching and identifying potential markets, clients, and partnerships.
  • Planning: Developing and implementing growth strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Sales and Marketing: Promoting the company’s services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis: Analysing market trends and competitors to inform business development strategies.
  • Leadership and Management: Coach and mentor the business development team to achieve and exceed targets and objectives. Role-model the Airband values ensuring they are meaningfully reflected in ways of working.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure cohesive business strategies.
  • Reporting: Preparing reports and presentations for senior management to track progress and inform decision-making.
