About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and experienced B2B Sales & Partnership Manager to help expand our network and grow our business across London. This role is ideal for someone with strong connections or experience in design, architecture, or construction, and a keen understanding of the high-end property sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, property developers, and other B2B partners
  • Conduct cold outreach via research, calls, and emails to generate leads
  • Arrange and attend meetings with potential and current partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the residential and commercial sectors
  • Represent Fittra at networking events and industry functions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with operational capabilities
  • Track and report on pipeline development, outreach activity, and conversion rates

Requirements:

  • Proven B2C/B2B sales experience, preferably in the design, architecture, or construction industries
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ukrainian or Russian language skills are a plus, but not required
