JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team in the wireless telecommunications industry. This role is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing business opportunities with small to enterprise-level clients. You will play a critical role in expanding our wireless solutions into new markets, building strong client relationships, and delivering value-added communication services.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in wireless, telecom, or IT services.
  • Minimum of [2–5] years of sales experience with a focus on business clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of wireless technologies (4G/5G, IoT, mobile devices, MDM, etc.).
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working with targets.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (if required).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience selling telecom services such as:
  • Wireless plans for businesses
  • Enterprise mobility management (EMM)
  • Internet of Things (IoT) solutions
  • SIM card provisioning and data plans
  • Familiarity with major wireless carriers and MVNO offerings.
  • Knowledge of vertical markets like logistics, healthcare, construction, or retail.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and prospect new B2B clients in assigned territory or verticals.
  • Present and promote wireless telecom products and services, including mobile plans, data solutions, devices, and business connectivity tools.
  • Develop customized proposals and pricing solutions based on customer needs and budgets.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of wireless products, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and procurement professionals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical support, customer service, and operations) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Track leads, opportunities, and sales progress using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to promote the brand.
  • Provide ongoing account management and support to ensure client retention and upselling opportunities.
