This is a remote position. Full-Time (40+ hrs/week) Work Schedule Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST (1-hour unpaid break) Responsibilities: Conduct cold outreach to potential clients (banks, insurance companies, commercial real estate stakeholders) Warm up cold leads through initial pitches and relationship building Handle objections and answer questions about commercial inspection services Schedule qualified meetings for the founder with interested prospects Make hundreds of phone calls per day to reach target prospects Follow up on leads and maintain prospect pipeline Requirements Requirements: Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in services or commercial sectors Strong communication skills and ability to handle rejection professionally Experience with cold calling and lead qualification Motivated by commission-based compensation structure Ability to work independently and manage high call volumes Understanding that sales success requires persistence through objections and hang-ups Scope: Focus exclusively on cold leads (warm leads handled by founder) Target market: Banks, insurance companies, and commercial real estate stakeholders Goal: Convert cold prospects into qualified meetings for founder Full-time or part-time options available Commission structure in addition to base pay Extensive training provided on the niche inspection industry Benefits Incentives
