REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 – 3 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in cleaning/facility services)
• Demonstrated ability to consistently close multiple deals per month
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, creative, and passionate about exceeding goals
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven B2B Sales Representative with at least 2 to 3 years of proven experience in generating corporate service contracts—ideally in the cleaning, maintenance, or facility services industries.
The ideal candidate is passionate, creative, and goal-oriented, capable of consistently closing 4+ corporate contracts per month.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify, pitch, and close cleaning service contracts with businesses across various industries (offices, retail, medical clinics, etc.)
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and procurement officers
• Develop custom proposals and packages to suit each client’s needs
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently meet monthly targets
• Represent Romana Cleaning with professionalism and integrity
