We don’t just make bows—we shape the music of tomorrow. The Role: The B2B Sales Representative is responsible for assisting sales/marketing and working effectively with both customers and consumers. You will deliver value through the continued development of CodaBow's sales function by managing relationships, identifying needs, and providing solutions. *In this role, you will spend roughly 25% of your time traveling to meet with dealers, trade shows, etc.* What A Day In The Life Looks Like: Build rapport with prospective dealers Manage and develop the execution of dealer onboarding, training, and education as it relates to brand assets, sales program documents, and follow-up Attend trade shows and complete quarterly face-to-face meetings with both current and prospective dealers Assist with dealer sales, forecasting, and account management Provide data, insights, and follow-up plans during sales and marketing meetings to ensure sales growth Qualifications and Experiences: 2+ years of sales experience Associate's Degree in a business-related field CRM and Microsoft Office experience Strong communication skills Possession of the "Five I's" of leadership - intellect, innovation & creativity, initiative, interpersonal skills, integrity Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) with company match Profit Sharing THE PEOPLE!
