We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated B2B Sales Representative to join our team.
This role is 100% commission-based – no base salary. Your earnings depend entirely on your sales performance.
You will be responsible for cold calling and reaching out to restaurants, offices, and other businesses, offering our professional commercial cleaning services, and closing deals.
Compensation:
10% one-time bonus from the first payment of each new client you sign.
3% recurring commission from each client’s monthly payments for up to 24 months.
Unlimited earning potential – top performers can earn $10,000+ per month.
Example Earnings:
Client pays $5,000 on first invoice → $500 bonus + $150 monthly (3%) for 24 months.
Client pays $10,000 on first invoice → $1,000 bonus + $300 monthly (3%) for 24 months.
Responsibilities:
Cold calling and emailing potential clients (restaurants, offices, and other businesses).
Building relationships with decision-makers.
Presenting and promoting our services.
Negotiating and closing deals.
Maintaining client relationships for recurring revenue.
Requirements:
Proven B2B sales experience.
Comfortable with cold calling.
Strong communication and closing skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
