THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re seeking a driven B2B Sales Representative to lead our business development efforts across the hospitality and real estate sectors. Your core mission is to build long-term relationships with hotel General Managers, Directors of Operations, developers, and asset managers to grow our valet and parking management portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors (hotels, developers, mixed-use real estate).
  • Build and nurture high-level relationships with GMs, DOOs, and senior stakeholders.
  • Schedule and lead discovery calls, in-person meetings, and site visits.
  • Tailor proposals and presentations to each opportunity with support from our executive team.
  • Maintain and track a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure a smooth client handoff post-sale.
  • Represent Eminent Valet at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.
