Golden Spruce Martech is a marketing firm which is launching a marketing APP that helps small, non-tech business owners connect instantly with their regular customers. Whether it’s announcing new products, promoting special deals, or preventing stock waste, we give small businesses a direct way to communicate and grow.
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive B2B Sales Representative to introduce The App to local small businesses – especially small business, individually owned, home-based, marketplace, and neighborhood retail owners.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior sales or field marketing experience (B2B preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Access to transportation for local travel
• Basic smartphone skills (able to demo the app)

• Visit and engage with local small businesses to present the platform
• Conduct quick, on-site product demos and guide owners through sign-up
• Build strong relationships and partnerships with business owners
• Distribute marketing flyers with QR codes for instant app downloads
• Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and conversions
• Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer needs and objections
