We’re a growing UK-based furniture supplier specialising in high-quality products for the fireplace retail sector, wider home retailers, and trade professionals such as carpenters and installers. We’re on an exciting growth journey and looking for a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional to help us expand our B2B footprint nationwide.
Our mission is simple: get our products in front of every fireplace retailer, relevant home furnishings retailer, and trade buyer in the UK — and we want someone who can make that happen.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This is a new business and account growth role for a hungry salesperson who loves the chase and thrives on closing deals. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving sales volume through:

  • Fireplace and home furnishing retailers across the UK
  • Trade professionals such as carpenters, fitters, and installers

You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own pipeline, develop sales strategies, and travel to meet key accounts. This role is ideal for someone who wants to earn big — with a low base salary and truly uncapped commission (realistic OTE £80K+).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and target new B2B accounts within the fireplace and home retail sector across the UK
  • Expand relationships and order frequency from trade professionals (carpenters, fitters, installers)
  • Proactively prospect, cold call, and follow up on leads
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to present product ranges
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals
  • Manage and grow your own pipeline using a CRM system
  • Attend relevant industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams on customer requirements, product specs, and fulfilment
  • Regular travel throughout the UK to meet clients
