Job Title: B2B Sales Sr Specialist, Talent Management Job Description About the Role The right B2B sellers change everything—pipeline, customer experience, and long-term growth. This role exists to make sure we’re hiring those sellers, at scale, across APAC and EMEA. As a B2B Sales Talent Management Specialist, you’ll sit at the heart of our global B2B Sales Talent Management Practice, shaping how we attract, assess, and hire top B2B sales talent for complex sales motions. You’ll turn funnel data, recruiter and hiring manager feedback, assessment results, and real performance outcomes into better recruitment strategies, smarter tooling, and more consistent hiring decisions. You’ll be the person teams turn to when they want to: • Understand why a market is hard to hire in—and what to do about it. • Design profiles and assessments that reflect what modern B2B sellers actually do. • Build interview, selection, and training approaches that predict on-the-floor success. You’ll work closely with TA Operations, Sales Leaders, and Talent Management, with visibility to senior stakeholders and multiple global clients. Over time, this role can grow into a full B2B Sales Talent SME for APAC, where you’ll shape sales hiring strategy across the region and help define the next generation of our B2B Sales Talent frameworks and tools. What You’ll Do Talent Consulting & Recruitment Diagnostics • Review the end-to-end recruitment journey to spot strengths, gaps, and risks. • Analyze funnel health, recruiter capability, hiring manager behavior, and candidate experience. • Translate insights into prioritized recommendations and clear, action-oriented plans. Partner with TA Operations • Collaborate with TA Ops teams across APAC and EMEA to embed best practices. • Co-create scalable playbooks, interview frameworks, checklists, and tool-enabled workflows. • Support strategic problem-solving for hard-to-fill roles and process bottlenecks. Assessment, Selection & Skills-Based Hiring • Turn sales motions into skills-based profiles and hiring criteria that are simple and usable. • Design and refine interview guides, scorecards, and assessments using our talent tools and platforms. • Work with our TA tech stack (ATS/CRM, assessment tools, analytics dashboards) to drive fairness, consistency, and better decision-making. Stakeholder, Client & Go-to-Market Support • Act as an advisor to Sales Leaders, TA, HR partners, and client stakeholders. • Turn complex data and tool-generated insights into clear, executive-ready stories and recommendations. • Join client calls, RFX discussions, and diagnostics to showcase our B2B Sales Talent capability. Training, Coaching & Capability Building • Partner with Talent Management to design training that targets specific recruitment skill gaps, in addition to certification training that is supplied. • Deliver workshops, coaching, and tools that recruiters and hiring managers actually use in their day-to-day work as needed. • Create simple, reusable resources that make learning stick and application easy. Insight & Continuous Improvement • Use funnel and performance metrics, plus platform analytics, to spot trends and opportunities. • Capture, codify, and scale best practices across regions and client teams. • Feed insights back into our B2B Sales Talent frameworks, our tool configurations, and our overall hiring strategy. Skills & Competencies B2B Sales Talent Expertise • You understand core B2B sales motions, customer journeys, and seller success profiles. • You know how to spot potential and capability in early- and mid-career B2B sellers, not just years of experience. Market, Sales & Talent Insight • You stay up to speed on B2B sales trends, news, and insights—from buying behavior and sales tech to emerging go-to-market models. • You use external benchmarks, thought leadership, and market signals to inform how we profile, assess, and hire talent. Consulting & Diagnostic Skills • You’re comfortable digging into messy problems, asking the right questions, and getting to root cause. • You can move from “what the data says” to a clear point of view and practical recommendations. Tools & Technology • You’re fluent in modern TA tooling—ATS/CRM systems, assessment platforms, sourcing tools, and reporting dashboards. • You’re comfortable experimenting with new tools, optimizing workflows, and using technology to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience. • You know how to turn tool output (scores, analytics, funnel reports) into meaningful actions for recruiters and hiring managers. Data, Assessment & Funnel Insight • You’re confident working with funnel metrics, conversion rates, time-to-fill, and assessment outcomes. • You can interpret patterns in hiring and performance data to shape better selection, training, and tool configurations. Stakeholder & Client Management • You build trust quickly with TA, HR, and Sales Leaders – and you know how to influence without formal authority. • You’re credible in client settings and can represent our B2B Sales Talent practice in a polished, professional way. Communication & Storytelling • You can turn complex analysis and tool data into simple, compelling narratives for recruiters, leaders, and clients. • You’re comfortable facilitating sessions, leading workshops, and presenting to senior stakeholders.
