Responsibilities
  • This is an office-based position focused on providing excellent service and support to our trade customers.
  • Reporting to the Trade Manager / GM Trade Sales, you’ll be a key point of contact for inbound customer enquiries and sales support.
  • You’ll work closely with builders, tradies, and a wide variety of commercial and walk-in customers over the phone, via email and face to face to understand their needs, assist with quotes, process orders, and follow up on deliveries.
  • You’ll also collaborate with our Account Managers and Trade Counter team to ensure our customers get timely, accurate support—every time
    Please note that this is a developmental role, ideal for someone currently working as an Inside Sales Representative, Internal Sales Consultant, Internal Trade Sales Representative, Sales Support Representative, Customer Sales Representative, Technical Sales Support, Internal Account Manager, Internal Business Development Executive, or B2B Account Representative—who is looking to grow into a fully-fledged Account Manager over time. As this is a growth role, the salary reflects its level, and while it doesn’t include bells and whistles like a company car, it offers a solid pathway for development and future progression.
