We are expanding our reach and seeking an ambitious, results-driven B2B Salesperson to represent our brand and grow our retail presence across the UAE.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience (preferably in the UAE).
  • Previous experience in B2B sales (fashion, sportswear, or consumer goods sector is highly desirable).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Must own a car and have a valid UAE driving license.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiar with the UAE market and customer landscape (especially gyms and retail).
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated B2B Salesperson who will play a key role in building partnerships, securing new clients, and establishing NALA sales points in gyms, retail outlets, and fitness communities. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with proven sales experience, fluent in both Arabic and English, and equipped with a car to travel across the UAE.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and approach potential B2B clients (gyms, fitness studios, sports clubs, and retail shops) to present NALA products and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships to secure sales points and distribution channels for NALA activewear.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through business development, partnerships, and direct selling.
  • Provide product demonstrations and highlight the unique features of NALA activewear (sustainable fabrics, premium quality, stylish designs).
  • Collect feedback from clients and report market insights to the management team.
  • Represent the NALA brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
