Sarmad is seeking a strategic and dynamic B2B Software Marketing Director to lead our marketing initiatives for our software solutions aimed at businesses. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth in the B2B space. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing activities. Responsibilities Develop and implement a B2B marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives. Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote software solutions to business clients. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and presentations. Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and performance excellence. Collaborate with the sales team to develop go-to-market strategies and support lead generation efforts. Analyze marketing performance and ROI metrics to optimize campaigns and drive improvement. Establish partnerships with key industry players and influencers to enhance brand visibility. Stay current with B2B marketing best practices and emerging trends in technology and software. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar role in the B2B software industry. Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and techniques. Extensive experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights.
