We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistic Coordinator to join our dynamic B2B team. In this role, you will be the central link between our clients, warehouse, and delivery departments. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless and timely execution of deliveries, providing exceptional service to our business clients, and mastering the unique logistics requirements of Aramco account. Key Responsibilities: Delivery Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating deliveries between the warehouse, delivery teams, and clients. Client Communication & Updates: Proactively provide clients with accurate and timely updates on order status, delivery schedules, and any potential issues. Customized Delivery Scheduling: Schedule and manage deliveries for each client's specific preparation requirements (e.g., gate access passes, special handling, designated delivery windows). Documentation & Compliance: Verify that all necessary documentation, including invoices and shipping manifests, is complete and accurate before authorizing dispatch. Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve any logistical issues that arise during the order fulfillment process, from the warehouse to the final delivery point. Process Improvement: Continuously look for opportunities to streamline coordination processes and enhance client satisfaction. What We're Looking For (Qualifications): Proven experience in logistics coordination, supply chain, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple deliveries and client requirements. A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of the delivery process. Experience dealing with Aramco’s delivery is a significant advantage.
