About the Role As the B2B Strategy and Communication Manager, you will drive substantial revenue growth across Ford’s commercial lineup, including Ford Super Duty. You will create and operationalise our B2B strategy to maximise fleet engagement and lead generation. This is a unique opportunity for a growth-minded professional—from a Communications or Business Development background—to elevate Ford’s fleet presence through strategic brand advocacy. You will drive lead generation by building deep relationships with industry associations and showcasing real-world customer success, you will build a high-quality pipeline and establish Ford as the premier choice for fleet customers. This position reports directly to the Key Accounts Manager and is based at our National Sales Company Office in Richmond, operating on a hybrid schedule with four days in the office.
Responsibilities
Drive substantial revenue growth across Ford’s commercial lineup and create and operationalise the B2B strategy to maximise fleet engagement. Build deep relationships with industry associations and showcase customer success to establish Ford as the premier choice for fleet customers.
