About the Role: Reporting to the Consumer Sales & Marketing Manager, the B2B Trade Marketing and Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with B2B partners, overseeing all sales activities within the B2B segment, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role includes analyzing business objectives, developing strategies, and negotiating pricing to meet organizational goals. What You Will Do: Major role in setting and directing the long term B2B sales strategies. Assist in developing and achieving overall business strategy and objectives. Improve business returns through improved product mix, service efficiencies and identification of new business opportunities. Lead, manage, develop, and direct B2B team in achieving their individual and regional sales targets. Effective financial management of the B2B ensuring departmental and business objectives are delivered within budget or lower than budget. Development and maintenance of strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Who You Are: Tertiary qualified, commercially astute, results focused savvy sales professional with an insightful understanding of the Pacific market. 3-5 years sales experience in managing brand portfolio, working for a FMCG company would be added advantage. Results driven and a proven record of achieving sales growth. Physically fit and willingness to travel and valid driver’s license.
