We are currently looking for a B2C Business Unit Manager to join our team in Copenhagen. The role reports to the B2C Commercial Director and has 5 direct reports.
Your mission
Lead our high-performing B2C team to drive commercial excellence and market leadership for L’Oréal’s portfolio of iconic brands. You will empower your team through business enablers and data-driven insights to develop and execute winning strategies with our key B2C retail partners. By championing a consumer-centric approach, you’ll foster sustainable partnerships, maximize brand value, and deliver exceptional brand experiences while achieving ambitious growth targets. This role calls for a strategic leader with a proven track record of success in building strong client relationships and driving profitable growth within the beauty industry.

You will…

  • Manage, coach and develop your team and lead collaboration between your team and other departments
  • Win sustainable market share across online and offline
  • Lead a customer centric account planning process to design a retailer specific business plan mutually agreed
  • Build exceptionally strong client relationships & internal stakeholders
  • Proactively identify new trends and opportunities for business growth and implement clear action plans
  • Push boundaries to lead the professional haircare category and drive blue ocean opportunities
  • Build B2C commercial budget and sales trend development, by maximizing Joint Business Plans with key client KPIs.
  • Manage the full channel and client P&Ls to ensure good top and bottom-line management, leveraging the right levers to unlock new growth

You are…

  • You have +5 years’ experience from a similar role (preferably FMCG) or brand or e-commerce/digital experience.
  • You’re an inspirational leader who empowers growth with your team
  • Laser focused & obsessed with driving net positive impact
  • You have experience from managing, motivating and developing teams (ideally in an omnichannel context)
  • You have the ability to build connections and a network in a matrix organization in order to maximize resources for your clients and projects
  • You are passionate about consumer insights and how to translate them into business opportunities and you are keen to test and learn online commercial executions of our brands
  • Expertise in commercial strategy by being fact based, analytical and master Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
  • You have very strong negotiation skills, with deep experience around creating incremental mutual value
  • You are a proven self-starter with an operative mindset. You execute and deliver on your strategy and brand plans
  • Excellent communication, proactiveness at the core and strong presentation skills
  • You are strong in managing complexity and diverse stakeholders
  • You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Ideally, you are fluent in a Nordic language and English
