QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years’ experience in customer service, travel consultancy, or dispatch operations in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai’s transport, travel, and hospitality landscape.
  • Proficiency in CRM/dispatch systems (Odoo, Salesforce, or equivalent) and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Arabic or other languages a plus).
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Customer-first mindset with proven problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The B2C Dispatch / Travel Consultant will be the first point of contact for our individual and retail clients. This role involves handling bookings, coordinating dispatch operations, and ensuring seamless customer journeys—from inquiry to final drop-off. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage inbound B2C inquiries, bookings, and travel requests across phone, email, and digital platforms.
  • Plan and dispatch luxury vehicles in line with customer requirements, flight schedules, and operational capacity.
  • Provide professional travel consultancy, offering clients tailored solutions for airport transfers, chauffeur services, and leisure trips.
  • Ensure timely communication and updates to clients regarding booking confirmations, changes, or delays.
  • Collaborate with drivers and operations teams to optimize scheduling, minimize downtime, and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Handle client concerns or complaints efficiently, ensuring issues are resolved to the highest standard.
  • Maintain accurate booking records in RSL’s CRM and dispatch systems.
  • Support marketing and cross-selling efforts to promote premium travel and concierge services.
