Description

Royal Smart Limousine LLC is Dubai’s leading provider of luxury and executive transportation solutions, trusted by high-net-worth individuals, tourists, and elite hospitality brands. With a growing presence in the premium mobility sector, we are expanding our direct-to-consumer business and seeking an experienced B2C Manager to drive retail sales, customer acquisition, and digital engagement.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Ensure world-class service standards are delivered to individual customers at every interaction.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, providing concierge-level support.
  • Work with Operations to ensure seamless execution of customer bookings.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–8 years of proven B2C sales/marketing experience in luxury transportation, hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior in the UAE market.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo), and analytics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.

    Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per mont
