Job Description We are looking for an experienced B2C Manager to lead our international team within the Finance Shared Service Centre. This role combines people leadership, process excellence, and stakeholder collaboration – perfect for someone who enjoys making an impact across people, processes, and performance. Your key responsibilities Lead and develop the B2C team – manage Team Leads and Junior Managers, set clear priorities, support growth and training, and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration. Oversee end-to-end B2C operations – ensure timely and accurate execution of cash application, collections, banking activities, and receivables management, while monitoring KPIs and SLAs. Drive process improvements – identify recurring issues, lead transitions of B2C activities, and implement automation, standardization, and best practices to increase efficiency. Ensure compliance and risk control – safeguard processes against risks, ensure adherence to corporate financial policies and internal controls, and support audits and reporting requirements. Build strong stakeholder relationships – work closely with Local Finance, Controlling, and auditors; manage escalations and secure smooth communication across business functions. Deliver reporting & projects – manage month-end closing, bad debt provisions, and financial reporting; contribute to both local and global projects that enhance performance and service delivery. Qualifications What we expect Education & professional background – University degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, leading teams of 10+ people, ideally in a multicultural, international environment. Leadership & people development – proven ability to coach, develop and motivate teams; decisive yet supportive leadership style; ability to create a collaborative, learning and problem-solving culture. Process & change management – experience in continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and project management; genuine interest in business process standardization and automation. Business & compliance knowledge – good understanding of accounting practices, regulatory environment, and financial controls; experience with Oracle E-Business Suite is an advantage. Soft skills & mindset – customer orientation, intercultural competence, strong communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and organizational abilities, independence, and a drive for results. Languages & mobility – fluent English (spoken and written); knowledge of other languages is a plus; willingness to travel internationally (up to 25%).
