As a B2C Marketing & User Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Designing and implementing targeted communication campaigns for employees of client companies
Writing newsletters, in-platform messages, internal web pages, and promotional content to highlight welfare programs and services
Serving as the point of contact for client communication needs
Gathering inputs, managing communication projects, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Researching and experimenting with social channels to expand our communication reach
Support planning and execution of B2C editorial calendars
