ABOUT THE TEAM

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
As a Sales Acquisition Engineer, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our platform by acquiring and supporting B2C clients. You’ll work directly with traders, providing expert advice, personalized support, and solutions to enhance their investment experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in sales, client acquisition, or account management in fintech or finance;
• Solid knowledge of investment principles, trading tools, and financial markets;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Results-oriented, with the ability to manage clients and meet targets;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.

• Acquire and onboard new B2C clients, fostering long-term relationships;
• Provide tailored advice and trading solutions based on client needs;
• Educate clients on investment strategies and platform features;
• Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service;
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and address client needs.
