Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated B2C Sales Team Leader to join our team in the heart of Sheffield. You’ll lead a team of B2C sales representatives, coaching and developing them to consistently exceed performance targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of B2C sales agents to achieve and exceed KPIs
  • Monitor performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing action plans
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and team meetings to drive engagement and accountability
  • Develop training and onboarding plans for new hires and support continuous development for existing staff
  • Collaborate with senior management to align team performance with business goals
  • Foster a culture of high performance, integrity, and resilience
  • Manage team schedules and ensure efficient day-to-day operations
  • Take a hands-on approach when required, leading by example in sales calls and client interactions
