Job Description About the role At AUTODOC, pricing is a key commercial lever. We are looking for a B2C Senior Pricing Manager who combines category thinking with pricing expertise to drive revenue and margin performance across multiple European markets. This role connects strategic category ownership with data-driven pricing execution in a fast-scaling e-commerce environment. Your Responsibilities Define and implement pricing strategies for assigned product categories across multiple countries Align pricing with commercial targets, margin objectives, and competitive positioning Translate strategic goals into clear pricing frameworks, guardrails, and governance models Design, execute, and evaluate pricing experiments using KPIs and impact analysis Analyse customer behaviour, price sensitivity, and willingness to pay to identify growth and profitability opportunities Review sales performance and profitability to support pricing decisions Monitor market dynamics, competitor pricing, and commercial opportunities Coordinate cross-functional pricing initiatives with Sales, Vendor, Product, Analytics, and Tech teams Ensure pricing documentation, rules, and processes are well maintained and consistently applied Qualifications Proven experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Category Management, or Commercial Analytics (min 5 years) Strong understanding of B2C pricing mechanics within e-commerce or digital Strong experience designing and leading experimentation initiatives (A/B testing, pricing experiments), elasticity modelling, and profitability optimization to support strategic commercial decisions Strong stakeholder-management and cross-functional collaboration skills Clear, structured, and confident communication style High sense of ownership and accountability Advanced analytical skills (Excel, SQL, BI tools or similar) Strong commercial mindset combined with data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills Experience working in international or multi-country environments is a strong advantage Advanced analytical skills (Excel, SQL, BI tools or similar) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Data, or similar - Master’s degree or MBA is a plus Fluent English and Portuguese (any additional languages are welcomed) Additional Information We offer: High ownership and visibility in a dynamic environment Collaboration with international cross-functional teams Competitive salaries based on your professional experience Fast growing international company with stable employment Annual vacation and 1 additional day off on your birthday Mental Wellbeing Program – the opportunity for free psychological counseling for you an your family members 24/7 hotline and online sessions Opportunities for advancement, further trainings (over 650 courses on soft and hard skills onour e-learning platform) and coaching Free English and German language classes We celebrate diversity and are committed to building teams that represent a variety of backgrounds, perspectives and skills.
