Job Description Project Management: • SQM Representative in project core team from quotation phase until project targets of the manufacturing location(s) are achieved (gate G80) • Participate during customer quotation to evaluate risk related to supplier component quality. Supplier Selection: • Ensure Maturity Evaluation availability and updates from project team. • Identify gaps in supplier panel and feedback to SQM CAT. Quality Assurance • Guarantee in-time release of new components • Guarantee nomination of the SQM responsible for each new component. • Guarantee the availability of the work products for all the relevant components Component Introduction: • Support during APQP in case of “red components”. • Support in cases of escalations due to quality, timing issues or for critical components • To be involved as first escalation level if component is out of spec between MLC70 and MLC80 Performance & Reporting: • Provide regular report to Business Area SQM Management • Initiate corrective actions in case the project schedule cannot be met. • Escalations in case quality requirements of components or component introduction schedule can’t be met. • Support SQM Indicators for the region (e.g. Part Submission Warrant on time) Lessons Learned: • Promote Lessons Learned within BA and SQM (related to component introduction, component specification, supplier selection, technology, and mass production experience) Qualifications Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) • Good experience and knowledge about project management, quality system and tools. • Experience with supplier management, continuous improvement, quality assurance, industrial engineering, production, escalation management, would be an advantage. • Able to lead/facilitate process and method improvements. • Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with different levels of internal and external stakeholders. • Experience in working & coordination with international teams on quality, engineering, operation, or supply chain. • Understanding different foreign cultures (Americas, Asia, Europe) Additional Information Ready to take your career to the next level? Responsibilities

The B2P Supplier Quality Manager will represent SQM in project core teams from the quotation phase until project targets are achieved, ensuring quality assurance and timely release of new components. They will also provide regular reports to management and initiate corrective actions when project schedules are at risk.
