Provides data, documents, reports and analysis related to ATC BI, Train Control Systems and C&S Infrastructure Health, and Regulatory Compliance.   Principal Duties: Participates in development efforts across multiple NS departments ensuring one NS vision for the evolution of applications related to Train Control Initiatives. Works with NS resources to innovate, streamline and improve NS transportation, engineering, information technology and ATC applications and systems interfacing with the PTC system. Provides accurate NS Train Control performance data for FRA as needed Provides visibility of Train Control and C&S Infrastructure data in easily consumable formats including dashboards and automated reports Builds and maintains knowledge of Train Control, energy management, C&S, dispatching and NS transportation back-office functions and interfaces Develops and maintains working knowledge of system requirements, interfaces and system hazards to support C&S Provides support for industry-level Interoperable Train Control (ITC) teams and TTCI research projects as assigned Team member for the following processes: Train Control research and systems engineering Design coordination Technology development System availability & reliability Systems management Business continuity Train Control business intelligence C&S Infrastructure Reports and dashboards FRA performance reporting data Develops collaborative relationships with inter-departmental teams to leverage shared knowledge Uses position to champion others and an inclusive work environment Job Related Experience:    Minimum Level:  1-2 years    Preferred Level:  3-5 years   Education:    Preferred Level:  Bachelor's Degree (BS); Preferred Majors: Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Technology   Licenses / Certifications:    Required:  None listed    Preferred:  None listed   Technical Skills: MS Office 365 including Visio SQL Spotfire, Power BI, or other business analytics platforms Project Management applications such as Jira Preferred proficiency in at least one modern programming or scripting language (i.e. Python, R)   Skills and Abilities: Agile problem solver Engenders trust and drives alignment of team to program to departmental and corporate goals Focuses on results Communicates powerfully and broadly Collaborates and fosters teamwork Technical detail & documentation Seeks opportunities for growth, improvement, and continuous progress Champions others through inclusive leadership that motivates and empowers reports and team members   Career Path:    Predecessor Jobs: Supervisor C&S, I.T.
