osition Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Lead to oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our SAP landscape. The ideal candidate will lead a team of SAP Basis administrators, ensuring system reliability, performance, and scalability while driving best practices and continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the SAP Basis team across implementation, upgrades, migrations, and support. Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Solution Manager, etc.). Manage SAP landscape design, system copies, refreshes, client administration, and transport management. Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and proactive monitoring of SAP systems and databases. Collaborate with functional, development, infrastructure, and security teams for smooth operations. Lead SAP upgrades, patching, kernel updates, OS/DB migrations, and HANA database management. Implement and enforce SAP Basis governance, standards, and security controls. Provide root cause analysis and resolution for complex system issues. Plan and execute disaster recovery and backup strategies. Mentor, coach, and guide junior Basis consultants.

Responsibilities
