Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a registered nurse for people with learning disabilities (RNLD) or Registered Adult or Mental Health Nurse with experience in working with people with a learning disability, to develop their skills in this area by joining our county-wide Learning Disability Service.
We are looking for a nurse who is keen to work with people with learning disabilities who have complex health needs and/or challenging behaviour/mental health needs. This role will predominately cover assessment and case management of individuals funded under NHS Continuing Health Care (CHC).
We provide regular supervision and opportunities for continued professional development, and the post holder will be closely supported by an Advance Nurse Specialist within the team.

You will work out of one of the Learning Disability Wiltshire bases in Chippenham, Warminster, Marlborough, or Salisbury. The team work in a hybrid manner with 60% of time expected to be worked from a base.
Due to the nature of this role valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
